SUMMARY:Silent Yoga At The Bay
DESCRIPTION:Silent Yoga At The Bay is a special morning *silent* yoga session planned for our Notre Dame Family. We invite students\, parents\, and all alumni and friends to join us! The event is open to everyone. Tejas Yoga and Wellness in Chula Vista has agreed to co-sponsor this event. \nSilent yoga? We provide headphones that allow you to hear the instructor and music without bothering the nearby community early in the morning. Our participants love it! \nOur instructor will lead us through a morning yoga routine at beautiful Crown Point Park North in Mission Bay. The class will begin at 8:30 am on Saturday\, June 24. The class is for both beginners and advanced participants. There is a convenient parking lot right next to our class. Bring a mat/towel and a water bottle. We will have light refreshments and will raffle off some prizes after class. Our community partner\, Tejas Yoga and Wellness\, in Chula Vista\, is graciously donating some giveaways. \nThere is a suggested $10 donation. We have limited headphones\, so reserve your spot now.
