Hot Yoga

Tejas Vinyasa – Heated Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga that strings postures together so that you move from one to another using breath and is often called “flow yoga”. Rather than holding stagnant poses, Vinyasa offers a special means of finding inner harmony through consistent movement.

Philosophically, Vinyasa symbolizes the temporary nature of all things, allowing the student to learn how to flow, be adaptable and re-establish balance while being in the inevitable ebbs and flows in life.
