We will start our celebration centering ourselves with a short meditation that will prepare us to set intentions & cheers to life and our ancestors with the taste of a warm cacao superfood drink. Once the cacao opens our hearts for the experience, we will flow on a gentle yoga practice, as an offering to our ancestors to show gratitude & love.
