In the Rocket, over time after a practitioner progresses, creates strength, and develops comfort upside down; they now have all the pieces to take the traditional Surya Namaskar B and add arm balance(crow pose)/ inversions(handstands) to be able float through the Jedi Sun Salutations. The Jedi Sun Salutes follow the cadence, pace, and breathe count of a traditional surya namaskar b(sun salutation b) but omits the chattatungas by transitioning through handstands. Within the Jedi Sun Salutes there are modifications for everyone of all levels to get a taste of floating and playing upside down.
